On May 18, 2023, Anhui Tianda New Energy Co., Ltd. and Pule New Energy Technology (Taixing) Co., Ltd. reached a long-term purchase and sales cooperation for GW-level N-type TOPCon cells in Taixing High-tech Zone. Conduct more in-depth R&D and cooperation in the field of N-type IBC battery components with contact technology.
POPSOLAR is a manufacturer of ultra-high-efficiency N-type solar cells. It has patented technologies for N-type cells such as TOPCon and IBC. The mass production conversion efficiency is as high as 25.5%. It has applied for 57 patents and obtained 24 patent authorizations. Its mass-produced N-type TOPCon battery technology adopts advanced low-pressure chemical vapor deposition (LPCVD) and boron diffusion equipment and processes, and superimposes customized laser SE equipment and processes, and the mass-production conversion efficiency exceeds 25%. On the basis of passivation contact process technology, the self-innovated laser doping patent technology is adopted to complete the boron and phosphorus doping of the P area and N area on the back of the battery at one time, and the mass production conversion efficiency is as high as 25.5%, and the process is greatly shortened. , The production cost is greatly reduced, and it is a low-cost N-type IBC battery mass production process.

Tianda New Energy will start deploying the TOPCon strategy in 2022, adopting Autoway AM050F welding all-in-one machine, Lianpeng welding machine, Shengcheng assembly line and other equipment, and now has the ability to mass produce TOPCon components, and has obtained the product certification of TOPCon components . Tianda New Energy and Pule Technology will carry out in-depth research and development cooperation in the field of next-generation "N-type IBC battery components based on passivation contact technology". The cooperation models include but are not limited to: (1) Joint research and development of N-type IBC batteries components; (2) develop cooperation at the level of the terminal application market.
